If you are a parent, and are experiencing difficulties logging into the parent portal, or have forgotten your password, please send a help request via e-mail to: help@cmsd12.org
If you are a high school student, and are experiencing difficulties logging into the portal, or have forgotten your password, please see Mr. Freund or Mr. Hurst at the high school.
If you are a junior high school student, and are experiencing difficulties logging into the portal, or have forgotten your password, please see Mrs. McLaggan in the main office.
Don't Have A Portal Account?
Parent portal accounts are currently available for parents and guardians of students enrolled at Cheyenne Mountain Junior High and Cheyenne Mountain High School.
If you are a parent or guardian of a junior high or high school student, and do not yet have a parent portal account, please send a request for account activation via e-mail to: help@cmsd12.org
If possible, please send the request from the e-mail account you provided during the student's registration process, and please also provide a home telephone number. You will be contacted to provide more information to verify proper authorization.

The "help" e-mail address listed above should be used if you have problems logging in to the portal, or for new account activation requests. Any other questions regarding the content of the portal should be directed to your student's teacher, or the main office.
