Clara Seo, a 6th grader at BME, is the 1st Place Winner for the state-wide Colorado Kids Create Art Contest. Clara was entered as one of 500 participants! I am so proud of her hard work. This painting depicts young people "Keeping Colorado Beautiful", which was the theme for this year. Clara completely envisioned the idea and worked tirelessly for hours and hours to complete this incredible work. Clara is a special artist because she practices and tries new techniques whenever she can. And her persistence pays off as well as shown in this painting! Way to go, Clara! Broadmoor is proud of you!
